The manufacturing warranty covers all parts and labor for 2 years on all CPAP machines and 90 days on masks. This does not cover damage caused by the consumer.

CPAPScience accepts:
• Returns on merchandise that has a manufacturing defect
• Returns within 15 days of the original purchase date
• Returns on items that are unopened and unused
A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost of all returns and a credit will be issued for the difference.
You may obtain a Return Authorization number by calling us and discussing your particular problem. Please mail your return items to the following address after receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

We cannot accept returns on any mask that has been opened or used.
Please take care when ordering a mask to ensure correct size and fit. We do our best to provide you with guides to help determine mask size, and we encourage you to use these guides; however, use of the guides does not entitle you to a refund if the size is incorrect. Once an item has been opened we cannot accept it back.
